ALL players from under 10 to over 35's who,  have registered with the QCSA for the 2009 season, are eligible for selection for the 2009 State Titles and other invited events..

Players registered in QCSA under 9 teams in 2009,  are eligable for selection in the Zones Brisbane City Cup team.

The North Committee would like to thank Players, Parents and especially Coaches & Managers for their support of all the teams select for the 2009 season.

We had the biggest number of players selected for Queensland in the Under 14's, Jumior Colts and Senior Men's.

Some players and Coaches / managers it was the first time you had experience soccer that this level and we hope it was enjoyable to all involved.  Preparation for the 2010 season is under way with a core group of players training with the Junior Colts and we are hoping to kick off the Under 14's in November 2009. 

To all Clubs, Players, Coaches and Mangers the North Zone Committee would like to pray that you have great Christmas and that your goals for 2010 are achieved.

Expressions of Interest

QCSA North Zone Coach / Manager 2009

Dear Clubs, 

 Expressions of Interest are being called from the North Zone Committee for the position of Coach / Manager for the 2009 season.  The North Zone has committed to enter teams in the QCSA State Titles, Scenic Rim Cup and the Sunshine Coast Challenge Cup for 2009. 

The State Titles are held over the June Long Weekend with teams competing on the Saturday and Monday, the Challenge Cup and the Scenic Cup is a one day competition on a Saturday. [Date to be Advise]   

In 2009 the North Zone are entering teams in the following age groups:Under 10’s, Under 11’s, Under 12’s, Under 13’s, Under 14’s, Under 15’s, Senior Men’s, Senior Women’s and Over 35’s. 

To assist us in fielding these sides we are asking for an expression of interest for the roles of Coaches / Managers for the above teams.   Coaches / Managers will not be appointed until final team selection is completed in each age group.  Coaches / Managers please nominate a minimum of two age groups.

NORTH ZONE JUNIOR GIRLS TEAM AGE 

Hi All Girls 11,12,13 & turning 14 in 2009

Did you know this year we are sending an ALL-GIRLS team to the State Titles.  The team will play 4 exhibition games to showcase the talent we have in our female players.  The costs will be minimal and hopefully they will extend the competition next year after seeing our fabulous girls play this year.

If you have any girls on your team who you think would like to play in the North Zone team please send them to training at John Oxley  Reserve Ogg Road at 7pm this Wednesday night or get their parents to call me on 0438 895 343 to discuss the team.
